About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at JS CITYSCAPE SDN. BHD. in Selangor. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, this full-time position plays a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Warmly greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients to the office
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to all enquiries
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meeting rooms
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • A friendly, professional and customer-service oriented demeanour
  • A team player with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
