HR Executives (MNC- Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing) Mutiara Damansara/TTDI/PJ/Nilai/Sepang/Seremban
Position 1: HR Executives (Oil & Gas Engineering MNC) Mutiara Damansara/TTDI - MRT
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
* Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
* Manage the work pass applications and status including monitor of the expiry dates.
* Prepare confirmation letters and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
* Update and manage employee records.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferences:
* Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin or relevant fields.
* Working experience in a similar capacity.
* Added advantage if available immediate or within short-notice.
Required Skills and Competencies:
* Thorough understanding of Malaysia labour and employment laws.
* Good computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing.
* Good organisation and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multicultural environment.
* Fluent spoken and written English, and Mandarin (Regional HQ in China).
* Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules.
* A high level individual who is independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset.
* Must take initiative to complete task assigned.
* Has a strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude
Position 2: Senior HR Executives (Manufacturing MNC) Nilai/Sepang/Seremban
Job Description
1. Optimize the company's compensation and benefits system to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
2. Compile and submit various compensation-related data, including employee payroll, bonuses, and benefits.
3. Monitor and report on the annual total compensation and labor costs.
4. Handle employee onboarding, termination, confirmations, transfers, and updates in the EHR system.
5. Administer employee EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions and ensure timely registration and compliance with statutory requirements.
6. Maintain accurate monthly attendance, overtime, and respective allowance records.
7. Update and manage employee information and maintain HR personnel files.
8. Plan and execute annual recruitment strategy; expand recruitment channels and build talent pipelines.
9. Define departmental functions, job structures, and staffing plans.
Coordinate the preparation and updates of job descriptions across departments.
Manage official stamp usage and approval processes.
Handle reception and front desk duties, including maintenance of meeting areas and coordination of visitor management.
Oversee company vehicle usage.
Organize and support daily administrative operations, both internal and external.
Manage and maintain company physical assets in good working condition.
Collect, classify, and archive company documents and electronic files in accordance with company standards.
Preferences
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant HR work experience.
3. Solid understanding of enterprise and HR management practices, including training operations and labor laws.
