Our client LEDVANCE Sdn Bhd is seeking a HR Executive to join their team

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where you will be responsible for managing HR operations across Malaysia and Singapore. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

What you'll be doing?
  • Manage Recruitment: Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and termination.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and files, complying with local regulations.
  • Administer Payroll: Oversee payroll, leave management, employee benefits, and insurance processes.
  • Organize Training: Plan and coordinate employee training programs and HRDF training grants.
  • Implement Policies: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Act as a local compliance officer, working closely with the global compliance team.
  • Handle Office Matters: Manage office safety, maintenance, and emergency response procedures.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or HR professional certification with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of general HR experience, preferably with international companies.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of verbal and written Mandarin is a plus.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
