1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job advertisements, screen candidates, and arrange interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower needs.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in the SQL Software.
  • Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, and support scheduling matters.
  • Handle staff inquiries professionally and promptly.

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and verification.
  • Track overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, and other payroll components.
  • Ensure statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) are accurate and timely.
  • Coordinate with panel clinics and manage employee medical claims.

4. Employee Relations

  • Support employees on HR-related matters and maintain good employee engagement.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy.
  • Help organise staff activities, trainings, or events.

5. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure HR processes comply with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Maintain HR files, documentations, and policy updates.
  • Prepare HR reports when required by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment, HR operations or payroll).
  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions.
  • Experience in SQL software most welcome.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, handle confidential information, and multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
