Front Desk Receptionist

**1.** **Reception & Communication**
- Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Handle general inquiries related to shipments and direct them to the appropriate department.
**2. Document Handling & Administrative Support**
- Receive incoming documents, packages, or parcels from runners, DHL, or any postal service, and log them accurately in the designated record system.
- Collect job records from the Declaration Department, sort them according to the Customer Service team's preferences, and distribute them to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, scanning, and distribution of shipping or administrative documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas.
**3.** **Customer Interaction**
- Assist walk-in customers with drop-off and collection of documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, declaration, and customer service) to ensure smooth information flow and task execution.
**4.** **Record Keeping & Coordination**
- Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and incoming/outgoing document records.
- Assist in monitoring staff attendance or meeting arrangements when needed.
**5. Other Duties**
- Support the management and admin team in any ad-hoc tasks or special assignments.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies, especially relating to data handling and document control.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
