**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop new business for executive search services
- Play an active role in domestic and international sales activities
- Ensure the crisp execution of the business plan
- Upon securing new business, SS will remain as the consultant with the client.
- SS to work closely with internal recruiters to effectively and efficiently complete search engagements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job design, sourcing, screening, presentation, coordination, negotiation, employment on-boarding
- Execute activities related to talent attraction and recruitment process and campaign
- Accountable for recruitment and selection
- Work closely with Client's HR & recruitment function, providing advice and assist to improve design and implement recruitment strategies and hiring activities for all position levels.
- Identify and generate talent through networking and creative sourcing methods.
- Daily and Weekly update on work and status progress to the team and management - Update the team on the potential targets and fine-tuning of the overall strategy of the search.
- Search Specialist is responsible for the division’s results, the energy of the project, client communication and the outcome of the search.
- Exceed client expectations, implement a project strategy and close the search(s).

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
