Customer Care Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide patient education ie. consultation
- Provide patient care ie. attend to patients’ needs/requests
- Perform selective eye tests (eg. instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by CM/Doctor Patient registration & appointment scheduling
- Obtain patient feedback/testimonial Manage patient complaints Conduct patient survey Administrative work
- Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up notes, etc. Patient follow-up
- Patient insurance claim Surgery planning & scheduling Statistics and Reports
- Housekeeping of certain work areas assigned by CM Other Roles Assignment
- Counter
- Opto Assistant Doctor Assistant Surgery Coordinator OT Assistant
- Customer Care Admin (CCA backup/support)
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Able to communicate and write fluently in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
