**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations at Everzinc Malaysia (EMA) Plant: Ensure a smooth production process, in full compliancy with the EHS, Product quality and supply chain requirement.
- To operate of EMA plant in an economical, safe and operational excellent manner, within the EverZinc guidelines and the local legal requirement, producing ZMP of the required quality and quantity to serve the customer of EMA. Operating means the running of plant: Production, packing, maintenance, quality/lab.
- **Operations**:

- Organize production for safe, compliant & optimal exploitation of resources(manpower, equipment, raw material) ensuring product availability according to volumes, quality, timing & costs targets. Ensure all equipment & machines are well maintained, housekeeping
- **EHSQ**:

- Is in charge of environment, health, safety, quality and all related risk assessments in operations. Ensure Compliance to relevant laws
- **Control**:

- Workout Operation budgets and follow up during the year. Define and implement corrective actions in case of deviations
- **Supply Chain**:

- Interface with Sales, CST, Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics team for all related questions and support.
- **People**
- Daily people management according to the organization chart and shift plan.
- Responsible to ensure a proper management and manning of production workforce.
- Responsible for recruitment and employment of monthly waged employees/ hourly wage employees (interim) in connection in HR.
- Overall responsible for onboarding, training and development of employees.
- Document qualifications as well as gaps, certificate etc.
- **Reporting**
- Ensure weekly, monthly and yearly production report (OEE, all performance KPIs, weekly flash, BR update, etc)
- **Technical**
- Continuous monitoring of the technical installations, looking for possible areas of improvements, investments and sustainability
- Participate in all capex investment related to production (project planning and implementation)
- **Quality**
- Comply & Maintain ISO 9001/ISO140001 standard with relevant records
- Promote Everzinc Malaysia as a producer of quality products
- Ensure Quality Assurance and Control
- **Other duties as required or directed
