- Conduct immediate follow-up on discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collect and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Act as an interface between Finance and Customs Clearance Team/Agent for smooth document and transaction flow.
- Assist departmental staff with administrative tasks related to freight issues.
- Manage E-Commerce Declaration - E Pam and provide backup for Courier business cargo system updates/billing.
- Coordinate all trucking and brokerage activities, including duty/SST confirmation, job opening, and billing.
- Adhere to the Company’s Compliance & Corporate Policies & procedures.
- Undertake any other related duties/projects assigned by the direct supervisor to meet business exigencies.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
