Job Title: Invoice to Cash Regional Process Owner APAC

Function: Finance

Reports to: Global Process Owner

Sub Function: Process Ownership

Location: APAC

Job Purpose:
To create high performing, standardised end-to-end business processes which drives value throughout the AVEVA organisation, and which constantly evolve to capture new value opportunities.

Engage with the Region re the end-to-end cost and performance of each process within AVEVA, constantly seeking better compliance, service and value delivery through a continuous improvement programme

Active involvement with the delivery of the Oracle ERP implementation in China / for OSIsoft LLC

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Process- Drive process improvements in end-to end processes to fulfil business objectives- Harmonise processes and drive standardisation in collaboration with other RPO’s- Work with Regional finance teams / SSC/RPO’s to identify opportunities for process improvements.- Work with the Region, both informally and by being part of specific forums to resolve issues and identify any changes to processes necessary through changing business requirements.- Support and communicate finance policies and procedures- Work with Regional Finance team and business / SSC /RPO’s as required to ensure that any process changes required are defined, documented and implemented.- Supporting the development, generation and distribution of standard reports that support management across various dimensions to meet business needs

Performance- Ensure that KPI’s and SLA’s are established and met for the Region- Work with the Regional finance teams / SSC /RPO’s to monitor efforts to address any shortfalls in performance against SLAs, to reach targets.- Identify process issues and trends, based on the SLA metrics gathered- Recommend as appropriate changes to SLA and KPI’s to most effectively manage performance and behaviours

Documentation- Ensure that documentation always reflects current process requirements- Ensure any changes are completed in line with Change Control Procedures- Input to the design and refinement of the reporting for the process in the region in collaboration with the GPO

Liaison- Ensure that all Regional stakeholders are fully aware of their process obligations in working with the SSC- Co-ordinate communication and liaise with other RPO’s about process area and performance- Co-ordinate business assistance required for escalations of issues regarding disputes and non-compliance- Co-ordinates business training requirements for process knowledge or finance systems

Technical / professional qualifications:
- Finance degree or Professional qualification- Strong MS Office, Excel and Oracle knowledge as well as experience in the Business and Accounting systems used in the function
