Tele Sales Team Lead

We are an Online Travel Agency. As a Tele-Sales Team Lead you are the front liner of our team. You would overlook and manager the Tele-sales team to upsell our products. This would also include pre and post care for our guest and consumers.
The Tele-Sales role mainly consists of gathering leads from our platforms, generating own leads if needed, reaching out to existing members to upsell upgrades & products, Managing your team, Pushing the team to achieve KPI’s. Training team on how to improve Tele-Sales skills.
You will pick up many new skills as well as sharpening the skills that you already have. Take this

This will be your core role:
- 1) Gathering leads from our platforms. (Hot/Cold Leads). Making sure the team and yourself have enough leads to work with.
2) Keeping yourself and the team updated on all existing and new products. This will help improve sales. Communicating with other teams to make sure all campaigns are covered.
3) Recruiting Tele-Sales agents under your wing and grooming them to hit KPI’s.
4) To lead the team well as being on the ground. To motivate the team to approach guests in a well manner.
5) Making sure everyone in the team is well connected with other departments so that there will be a good workflow.
6) To create SOP’s and guidelines for team to follow which include Inbound and Outbound calls, Timeline for answering of calls, reporting to present in meetings, breakdown of internal and external team performances.
7) To generate a KPI for the team and motivate team to grow as a team and hit KPI’s for everyone’s benefit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
