**Responsibilities**:

- Predict and forecast price movement and fluctuations.
- To build and maintain good relations with suppliers and vendors.
- Implement effective procurement strategy by forecasting over a longer period or across projects
- Make recommendations on policies and procedures as needed to improve on procurement performance and co-ordination with other departments.
- Conducting periodic costing analysis, as and when required.
- Regular discussion with internal customers (Project & Contract team members) to obtain optimum prices, ensure right products and right quantity is delivered.
- To work with project team on alternative proposals with the aim for attaining the best possible project outcome.
- Ensures suppliers deliver materials and services in accordance with standards of price, time, quantity and quality agreed upon.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or any other business-related studies
- At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in construction related industry
- Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
- Knowledge and skills:, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
