**EXECUTIVE, TRANSPORT OPERATION (GLENMARIE, SHAH ALAM)**

**Job Purpose**:

- Plan and coordinate entire Peninsula My trucking operation is collaboration with customers and truck vendors to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
- Prepare and manage end-to-end regulatory paperwork such as inter-state permit, entry pass (gate pass, or port pass) or any other related documents that involved in day-to-day operations
- Monitor the progress of pickup and delivery operations to ensure adherences to schedules and customer requirements
- Coordinate with pick up point (warehouse/factory), truck vendors and receiving parties (customer) to resolve any issues or delays in pickup and delivery
- Reord and maintain accurate documentation of all truck movements including pickup and delivery time, destination, commodity types, volume as well as any deviations from the original plan. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
- Compile supporting documents such as Delivery Orders, Weigh slip, Permit and other related documents for each completed shipment and verify accordingly for billing purposes
- Collaborate with internal team including Logistics, Warehouse, Business Development and Finance to ensure seamless coordination of transportation activities
- Implement and maintain Standard Operation Procedure (SOPs) for truck planning and coordination to optimize efficiency and minimize errors
- Indentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in trucking operations
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trucking operations such as on-time delivery performance, trucks utilization and volume
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of trucking operations and any issues or challenges encountered
- managed customer or vendor complaints by conducting proper investigation and findings. Any complaints raised should resolve within the given timeline
- Involve and act in any safety or compliance matters involve vendors truck
- Organize or attend customers and vendor meetings as and when required. To be the key person for customers and vendors on any operational related matters

**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure truck deployment meets customer requirements
- Ensure customer goods are delivered according to the plan and schedule
- Ensure vendors comply to customer and Bernas Logistics Sdn Bhd (BLSB) safety and operational requirement
- Manage operational reports and billing processes
- Maintain good communication within the network of customers and vendors

**Job Requirements**:
**1. Qualification**:

- Minimum Diploma

**2. Years of Working Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience within transportation & distribution planning & operations scope with some supervisory experience

**3. Specific Knowledge**
- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, Word)

**4. Skills**
- Transport related skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
