- Liaise with Finance team on Sales order processing and credit control.
- Liaise with Factory material planner for weekly shipments and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate between Factory Engineering team and Customers on product FAI status.
**Education Level**
- Degree or diploma in Marketing / Mechanical Engineering
**Skill & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer services environment / manufacturing environment
- Experience in manufacturing of Leadframes material for Semiconductor industry preferred.
- Good knowledge in engineering / Semiconductor products
- Knowledge in basic audit requirement for ISO9001:2008 QMS, ISO14001:2004 EMS, ISO/TS16949
- Ability to work independently and possess excellent communication skills, suitable for a multi-racial and multicultural environment.
