Job description
Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information; managing staff, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Management

a. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

b. Manage outsourced functions

c. Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

d. Ensure all financial functions including cost accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, financing, investment, taxation and financial / statutory reporting are accurate, timely and in accordance with established accounting standards and statutory requirements.

e. Develop and implement relevant internal control measures and perform and review reconciliations to ensure adherence to policies and standards.

f. Generate accurate and current financial and statutory reports, review financial results to identify and highlight areas of concern to Dealer Principal for further action.

g. Keep Dealer Principal or Managing Director fully appraised of all financial matters.

Service Delivery

a. Work with Dealer Principal to generate and consolidate dealership financial budget

b. Monitor the operation expenses against budget

c. Manage and monitor the cash flow - receipt and disbursement of cash

d. Maintain accurate chart of account and ensure proper accounting records

e. Generate financial records and statements for management and statutory requirements

f. Liaise with financial institutions for financial facilities

g. Liaise with auditor and tax consultants for generation of financial statements.

h. Follow up with the front-end on credit collection. Highlight areas of concern to Dealer Principal.

j. To formulate and implement department work flow chart and procedures

k. Responsible for all incoming revenues, new & used car sales, parts & accessories, lifestyle, service & repairs, hire purchase payments, handling fee, insurance commission etc.

l. Responsible for all outgoing payment such as payment for cars, contractors, suppliers, bankers, insurance company etc.

Any other responsibilities as directed by Head of Operation / Business from time to time.

Preferably registered in Malaysian Institute Of Accountants (MIA) COMPANY
- Wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles
- 50-250 employees
- Puchong
- Seller and service centre for Mitsubishi vehicles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
