- 就公司治理最佳實踐、監管合規性和法律要求向董事會提供指導和建議。
- 監控公司法律、法規和公司治理標準的變化,確保公司遵守相關法規。
- 就公司秘書事務與外部顧問、審計師、監管機構和其他利害關係人聯絡。
- 確保上述顧問、審計師、外部公司秘書準確、及時地執行董事會的指示
- 透過準備文件和促進盡職調查流程,協助企業交易,例如合併、收購和融資。
- 起草和審查公司政策、程序和治理文件,以確保符合監管要求。

**資格:**
- 工商管理、法律、金融或相關領域的學士學位。
- 具有有效執業證書的合格公司秘書(MAICSA)。
- 至少 3 年擔任公司秘書或公司治理職位的經驗,最好在馬來西亞境內。
- 對馬來西亞 2016 年公司法、公司治理原則和監管架構有深入了解。
- 出色的組織能力、對細節的關注以及有效確定任務優先順序的能力。
- 強大的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與高階主管和外部利害關係人自信地互動。
- 精通 Microsoft Office 應用程序,特別是 Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint。
