**Work Description**:

- To report directly to Contract Manager
- Taking off quantity for tendering purposes
- Taking off quantity and prepare as built quantity for project
- Receiving materials and check stock at site
- Material sourcing and invite quotation
- Site Measurement for Claim and V.O purposes
- Prepare L.A for subcontractor
- Prepare progress claim
- Tender Collection and Attend Tender Interview
- Attend valuation meeting
- Prepare material reconciliation report for each claim
- Prepare bar bending schedule for subcontractor
- Prepare material procurement plan indicating quantities and time for ordering
- Materials requisition to Procurement Department
- Any ad hoc duties assign by the management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard measurement techniques and software.
- Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional certification or affiliation with relevant industry bodies is a plus.
