**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and resolve issues raised by customers timely.
- Continuously identify opportunity to drive process improvements that can contribute to more positive impact on customers' experience.
- Achieve high standard of customer service level at all times.
- To be able to achieve team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Providing customer care to customers from Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.
