Management & Operation Assistant General Manager

**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- To ensure that the company has proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, ensuring people and systems are in place to effectively manage the organization and to ensure the financial strength and operation efficiency, guided by company’s objectives.
- Participates in the development and planning of projects and plans which meets the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Cooperating with the COO in assisting with various from project planning to staff management.
- Supervising and responsible in providing the support for driving the company’s daily operation team to achieve and surplus sales, profitability, and business goals and objectives.
- Delegating and monitoring company operational daily task and KPI completed or achieve according to planning.
- Responsible for the measurement and ensuring effectiveness on all internal and external processes.
- Ensuring company policies & procedures are followed by all level of staffs.
- Provide timely advice & solution to production daily operation issue.
- Nurturing positive working relationship with all level of staffs. Motivate and lead a high performance middle management team to foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Representative of company to attend activities and entertain company’s local and foreign business partners, clients, principle and dealers.

**Requirements**:

- With minimum 5 years of experience and track record in senior management position.
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills: decision-making, planning, staffing, directing and controlling.
- Analytically and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
- Good observation skills and ability to provide constructive solution.
- Identify issue and provide coaching where necessary.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with all level of staff.
- Computer literate.
- Able to travel outstation and oversea.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
