_**Job Descriptions**:_

**Compensation & Benefit**
- Responsible for the entire payroll process for multiple entities, encompassing the accurate processing of salaries, overtime payments, allowances, commissions, claims, benefits-in-kind and related aspect.
- Ensure all payroll-related activities are strict adherence to legal and statutory requirements, including but not limited to tax laws, EPF, SOCSO, HRDC and other relevant regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting and facilitating authority audits to ensure our processes align with all regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile payroll transactions, meticulously identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive and timely monthly payroll reports for the management and finance departments to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of the Annual EA and Form E.
- Provide prompt and accurate assistance in addressing payroll and compensation inquiries from employees
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll database to guarantee data accuracy and security.
- Assist to define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation & benefits package aligned with the company's strategy and business goals.
- Participate in human resources-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Assist in ad-hoc task assigned by superior to support the overall objectives of the HR department.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legal and statutory requirements.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Possess high level of integrity and have good work ethic
- Proactive, organized, adaptable and committed
- Able to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
