Admin Secretary

Looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill the position of an Admin/Secretary. Must be able to perform under tight schedule and meet deadlines. Work closely with CEO.
- Maintains accurate records of all current employees' information
- Assist in handling and managing recruitment matters, including onboarding/orientation of new hires & offboarding
- Submission of employee data in accordance to project/site requirements
- Provide support for processing of payroll including timesheet calculation, claims etc
- Provide administration support for operation; proccessing DOs, checking invoice
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Possess strong work ethics and keep the information confidential
- Positive work attitude & Able to multitask
- Independent
- Tenacity to work in fast-paced dynamic environment
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Business, HR or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience. Fresh graduates can apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel
- Independent and also a good team player
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Able to start immediately without prior notice
- Preference FEMALE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
