Responsible to assist the coordinator in planning event, preparing learning aids for participants in order to ensure that the event run smoothly and to provide administrative support to the Salam Edumed Coordinator.
- Identify organization or individual Training need
- Assist in training needs analysis & program planning event or program planning.
- Assist in creating ECHO modules.
- Ensure the training run smoothly with Coordinator Officer
- Assess the effectiveness of the training (post-event)
- To coordinate venue and other logistics preparation for the training or event organize by Salam Edumed (refer to event checklist)
- To assist in preparation of any special secretarial registration & follow -up the registration status. (Ensure submission deadline is ahead & punctual)
- To prepare letters to the respective speakers or other relevant partners and assist communication before the training or event.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
