Skop Tugas:
**IT**:
1. Aspek Penyelenggaraan Sistem
- Menjalankan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan pencegahan dan penyelenggaraan perkakasan IT seperti: pemeriksaan, penyelenggaraan dan membaik pulih kelengkapan IT yang rosak seperti kerosakan papan induk, cakera keras, tetikus, pencetak dan sebagainya.
- Mendapatkan alat ganti dari pembekal dan memastikan perjalanan sistem dalam keadaan baik.
- Menjalankan kerja-kerja peningkatan keupayaan komputer seperti menambah ingatan, kad grafik, dan lain-lain peralatan komputer.
2. Aspek Penyelenggaraan Aplikasi
- Melaksanakan instalasi program mengikut keperluan pengguna komputer.
- Menjalankan peningkatan perisian ke versi terkini.
- Melaksanakan pelarasan sistem berkaitan dengan pembahagian IP - Address, Gateway, Modem dan sebagainya.
- Menjalankan ujian ke atas perkakasan dan perisian yang baru dibeli.
- Menerima aduan kerosakan dan bertindak ke atas sebarang kerosakan (_Help-desk and troubleshooting)._
3. Aktiviti Operasi Sistem
- Memberi khidmat nasihat kepada pengguna secara atas talian (online) apabila menerima aduan mengenai kerosakan kecil seperti masalah kerosakan talian data dan merekodkan laporan kerosakan yang agak besar dan rumit.
- Memastikan keselamatan data, bilik komputer dan bilik server (jika ada) sentiasa diamalkan.
- Menjalankan pengiraan inventori bulanan bagi mendapatkan jumlah tepat penggunaan perkakas IT dan melakukan pembelian.
- Menjalankan kajian harga bagi tujuan menaik taraf sistem komputer dan lain-lain perkakasan
**ADMIN**:
**1) PENTADBIRAN**
- Membantu memberi info dan maklumbalas melalui emel dan aplikasi _Whatsapp_ kepada cawangan berkaitan isu aset dan pentadbiran pejabat.
- Menyediakan minit mesyuarat yang berkaitan pengurusan syarikat.
- Menguruskan sistem fail jabatan.
- Membantu Pengurus Kanan menguruskan pembelian aset syarikat
- Mengurus penghantaran dan penerimaan barang aset dan kawalan ke seluruh cawangan.
**2) ASET**
- Menerima inventori syarikat dan memastikan kuantiti dan spesifikasi inventori sama seperti yang telah dipesan. Inventori ini meliputi semua inventori syarikat seperti peralatan IT, kenderaan, perabot, bangunan serta perkakasan lain.
- Memastikan semua inventori yang diterima didaftarkan dalam sistem pelabelan inventori syarikat.
- Melaporkan kehilangan inventori kepada Pengurus Besar Syarikat dan membuat laporan polis dalam tempoh dua puluh empat (24) jam dari masa kehilangan setelah diketahui.
- Merekod dan memastikan penyelenggaraan berkala bagi setiap aset/inventori milik Syarikat dilakukan secara berkala
- Menyediakan laporan khusus berkenaan unit sewaan
- Mengedar/menguruskan aset syarikat seperti baju, vest dan kasut keselamatan kepada semua cawangan. Memastikan semua penghantaran diterima dan direkod.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
