**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide full range of general administrative and secretarial support to the superior in managing their electronic diary, the organization of meetings and the maintenance of confidential documents and files.
- Chasing responses and triggering follow-up action on matters that fall within the superior's responsibility.
- Manage Head of Department’s travel arrangements and claims.
- Assist to follow-up on matters relating to interdepartmental issues.
- Provide a smooth communication between the Internal and external Stakeholders. Work closely and effectively with the team and keep the team well informed of upcoming program and updated.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including employee claims and allowance during business travel to overseas.
- Preparation and submission of business plan budgeting, execution order and payment submission.
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative works assigned as and when required.

**Experience/ Skills requirement**:

- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools - Microsoft Office.
- Team players with positive attitude, enthusiastic and motivated.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
