Responsibilities

Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team by managing and responding to inquiries from customers, both pre-sale and post-sale. This may involve addressing customer questions, processing orders, and resolving any issues that arise.

Order Processing: Handle the entire order processing cycle, from order entry to delivery. This includes verifying orders, coordinating with different departments to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.

Database Management: Maintain and update customer and sales databases, ensuring that all information is current and accurate. This data may include customer details, product information, and sales performance metrics.

Inventory Management: to monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure sufficient product availability to meet customer demands.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating regular sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. This information can be valuable for decision-making and setting sales targets.

Customer Relations: Interact with customers professionally, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers is crucial for customer retention and future sales opportunities.

Sales Team Coordination:Work closely with the sales team, providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and assisting in organizing sales events or promotional activities.

Sales Communication: Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.

Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining organized sales files.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales coordinator, or in a similar administrative role will have an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in both English and Malay is required. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Process own transport

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
