Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts

  • Become experts on company product and service offerings
  • Invoice clients and process payments
  • Update databases and customer records
  • Communicate customer feedback
  • Responsible for daytoday sales support Function and general administrative tasks.
  • Follow up dealer quotations, proposals, orders, and delivery.
  • Provide good customer support by handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • To serve walkin customers and promote the product to the customer.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.

Requirement

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocount
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Wellorganized, detailminded, proactive, selfmotivated with good interpersonal skill.
  • Mature, pleasant, responsible & selfdiscipline.
  • Ability to handle work independently, structurally, systematically, and in a fast pace environment.
  • Good team player.
