ADMIN - Answering incoming calls - To carry out daily sales activities - Prepare quotation, invoice & delivery order - Perform other clerical duties as and when required (e.g. filing, typing, making photocopies, data updating, and ensuring good 5S in office. - Knowing SQL Software is an advantage EXPORT COORDINATOR - Coordinate and managing tasks for shipping documents team. - Organizes outbound lane assignments. - Monitor proper truck loading and unloading.

- Responsible for shipping bookings, liaise with liners/shipping agents, container arrangements and Issue/preparing full set of export documentation to the agent (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, BL, Form D, K2, Insurance Certificate and etc.) - Liaise closely with sales coordinator to arrange shipments on time for customer.

- Track and update container arrangement and delivery condition. - Responsible for doing monthly report for total export sales. - Resolve the shipping problem in documentation or any with immediate action. - To ensure compliance to the regulations and ISO requirements
