Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to daily office operations.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as daily sales reports and sales transactions.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, database and reports.
  • Respond customer's queries and complaints products in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentation and administrative supports.
  • Any adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Admin, preferably in similar field or Business nature.
  • Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
  • Good communication skills and can interact with all levels of customers.
  • Must be detailoriented to ensure job accuracy.
  • Ability to multi task, organized and possess good time management.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

Pay:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
