Position Overview:


The Indoor Sales Executive will play a critical role in our sales team, focusing on generating and managing high-quality leads and effectively channeling them to our field sales team.

This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is excellent at building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales opportunities within the scrap industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including online research, databases, industry events, and networking.

Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for potential business opportunities.

Lead Management: Maintain a structured and organized lead management system, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide necessary background information to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion.

Sales Support: Assist the field sales team with market research, data analysis, and preparation of sales materials as needed.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track interactions with potential customers, manage sales pipelines, and report on lead generation activities.

Feedback Loop: Gather and share market intelligence and customer feedback with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve service offerings.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the scrap, recycling, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
  • Persuasive and goaloriented with a proactive approach to sales.
