JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide administrative and training supports.
  • To schedule, organise, and monitor training programs onsite or online.
  • To coordinate with trainers and participants for training preparation and arrangements.
  • To manage and maintain students' database.
  • To prepare and deliver program reports in a timely manner.
  • To assist with document control and management
  • To manage all operational issues.
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Residing in Seri Kembangan or neighboring areas.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role in a related industry is an advantage.
  • Computer literate in all major software. (Incl. MS Office
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with people of all levels of management comfortably and concisely.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

  • Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
