- Managing the front office reception area
- Greets and directs company visitors including suppliers and customers
- Provide administrative assistance to manager in office administrative functions and ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner
Arrange, manage and record company stocks
- Managing courier services for company samples
- Perform other duties as and when delegated by Manager ie back up functions and ad hoc requests
- Resolve enquiries on a timely basis.
- Work closely with other office support staff on daily basis to ensure daily smooth workflow
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Fluency in English ,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Applicants must be willing to work at
