VBest Education Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an administrative professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting other departments as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments
- Organize and maintain files and notes
- Provide general administrative support
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, with a commitment to customer service

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
