Requirements:
1. Degree in Admin or Human Resource
Job Scope:
1. To prepare a letter for a project.
2, Assist in preparing Minute of Meeting, Meeting Feedback and Meeting Agenda.
3. To assist in ordering food for meetings.
4. To answer phone calls and divert to a related person.
5. To attend guests coming in.
6. To make a reservation for the meeting room.
7. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
8. Assist in controlling inventory level 3.
9. Filing documents for Admin/ HR
10. Remind project meeting to related Project Group every morning.
11. Ensure all documents are sent to the right person.
12. To schedule and host meetings as per instructed.
13. To answer phone calls and divert to a related person.
14. To attend guests coming in.
15. To make a reservation for the meeting room.
16. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
17. Perform other duties as required.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2 - 12 months
**Salary**: RM600.00 per month
