Admin Assistant

We're seeking for an Internship Admin assistant with exceptional organizational and communication abilities. An Admin assistant should be a creative and critical thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities. You must be dependable and able to follow directions precisely, as well as multitask and adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere.
**Duties**:
- All Admin-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external, will be supported.
- Maintain employee digital and electronic records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Able to do multimedia office presentations and preparing graphic job advertisements.
**Requirements**:
- Single
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Have good knowledge regarding Computer and IT
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30PM)
Saturday (9.00 AM - 1.00PM)
