Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and HR initiatives, gaining valuable experience in the field of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and organizing orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR files are up-to-date.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Assist in training process, prepare for induction, insert training hours in system etc
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
