Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bahasa + English)

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Interaction:
Assist customers with service issues through various social media platforms.

Provide accurate information and ensure the resolution of all cases, including escalated ones.

Engage with customers on social media properties to foster positive feedback.

Monitor brand sentiment and reputation on social media.

Community Forum Moderation:
Moderate content on the community forum.

Engage with forum members to enhance community participation.

Trending Issues and Reporting:
Identify and report trending issues to the team leader promptly.

Event Coverage:
Assist with social media coverage of events, including on-ground and remote support.

Participate in activities such as Facebook Live to enhance engagement.

Ad-Hoc Projects:
Support various ad-hoc projects and tasks related to social media and customer care.

Edit, proofread, and distribute content across multiple channels.

**Requirements**:
Social Media Knowledge:
Experience and knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Multitasking Skills:
Capable of handling 2 to 3 concurrent chat sessions during support.

Social Media Marketing Understanding:
Understanding of Social Media Marketing is a plus point.

Independence and Initiative:
Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues.

Language Skills:
Excellent English comprehension and writing skills (SPM or SPTM with at least B grade or Diploma).

Customer Service Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Shift Availability:
Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary Range: RM 2,100 - RM 2,400
