Complex Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain commercial property sites as assigned
- Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained
- Ensure building statutory requirements are complied
- Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites
- Provide essential customer service support to the tenants and customers
- Supervise and manage a team of site staff
- Other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Building/Estate Management or equivalent
- 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Leasing contract will be preferable
- Demonstrated oral and written communications skills

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
