- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client information, and other administrative data.
- **Travel Coordination**:Assist in travel arrangements for clients, including bookings, itinerary creation, and communication with relevant service providers.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- **Communication**:Manage correspondence, both internal and external, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper scheduling and logistics.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:Input and update data in relevant systems, and generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
- **Vendor Management**:Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
- **Travel Documentation**: Assist in the preparation of travel documents, including visas, permits, and other necessary paperwork.
- **Office Supplies and Inventory**: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and replenishing as required.

Requirement:

- Familiarity with office sofware (e.g. Microsoft Office) and adapt to industry-specific software.
