**Location**: No. 56-1, Dataran Dwitasik, Jalan Dwitasik, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
**Office Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 08.00 AM to 06.00 PM
- Friday: 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
- Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a leading chartered accounting firm **based in Bandar Sri Permaisuri**, we offer a professional and supportive work environment. **This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field within a professional accounting firm. You will play a crucial part in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and update social media platforms and company website.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize promotional events and activities.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Assist in Marketing Strategy Development**: Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- **Manage Digital Presence**: Oversee the company’s social media accounts and website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- **Content Creation**: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations to communicate our services effectively.
- **Event Coordination**: Help organize and promote company events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- **Support Sales Team**: Assist in lead generation, client follow-ups, and maintaining a client database.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for improvement.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
