As a **Brand Strategist cum Account Excellence**, you will be the key person who responsible for:

- Create loyalty campaigns and strategies, including campaign mechanics, content ideation, and implementation planning for global Top 500 clients from Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, etc.
- Conduct market research regularly to maintain knowledge of audience trends and consumer behavior, as well as perform competitor research to stay ahead of the market.
- Identify trends and insights and have a strong analytical ability to evaluate campaign and brand development.
- Collaborate with other departments, account excellence, developers, analysts, and designers team, to ensure that all marketing campaigns are aligned and executed effectively, optimize the user experience of campaigns.
- Prepare development rules and brief developers on the campaign web app development.
- Propose strategic solutions to develop company products and services.
- Visit clients to understand client's requirements and needs (not frequent).

**Job requirements**
- At least 2 years' related experiences in trade marketing or FMCG industry and MICE.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in exhibitions, events in FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team player.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
