As a Key Account Executive, you will be the **main contact person for the blue-chip clients. **You will be responsible for:

- Develop and sustaining strong and trustworthy relationships with key clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Manage marketing campaigns and ensure the compliance of the customers' needs and wishes as well as of their time schedule
- Address and resolve key clients’ issues and complaints
- Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expand relationships, identify potential clients and develop new clients

**Job requirements**
- At least 1 year of working experience in marketing, key account management or client servicing role.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Structure thinking and planning skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills
- Outgoing personality

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taman Tun Dr Ismail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
