This position is under MedicalMet Sdn. Bhd. subsidiary.
MedicalMet is a practice management software (PMS) designed to put your mind at ease when dealing with your day-to-day operations, specially catered for clinics, beauty salons, and health practitioners.
We are growing 300% year on year basis and target to support over 15 countries around the world.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Maintain quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending solutions.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. - Sales Support: Assist the sales team in documentation, marketing, and client management activities.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company's business development and sales strategy, helping to plan and coordinate research efforts.
- Documentation: Maintain and improve software documentation and guides to ensure they are up-to-date and useful.
- Customer Solutions: Address client complaints and issues promptly, providing tailored solutions and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and market activities to suggest product improvements or new offerings.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management, and the ability to multitask.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Flexibly support additional tasks as needed.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- No work experience required.
- Have a desire to learn, try out new ideas and frameworks.
