Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Manage and develop key accounts within the Digital Goods industry, focusing on building long-term partnerships and driving sales growth.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand Lazada's footprint within assigned accounts.
  3. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
  4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development to align on customer needs and ensure product offerings meet market demands.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the target market are a plus.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
  5. Action-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
  6. Strong ownership and attention to details.
  7. Passion about improving both customer and seller experience.
  8. Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
