Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
Position based in Bangsar South.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing TF Value, JayaGrocer, VillageGrocer, Hero and 7Eleven account
- Responsible for achieving KPI according to organization direction.
- Ensure operation executes according to account plans.
- Enhance and build strong relationships with key customers.
- Share expectations with the operation team on promotion activation.
- Explore and propose potential outlets for activation or fairs.
- Handle daily sales operation matters and promo planning.
- Monitor trade spend and minimize trade returns.
- Weekly meet-ups with buyers to build close relationships.
- Conduct yearly business reviews with retailers to align business direction.
- Work with Sales Executive to identify sales opportunities.
- Bi-monthly market visits to other regions.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years in Key Account Planning from FMCG.
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning skills, and ability to build strong business relationships with key retailers.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local Chinese dialects.
- Mobile and willing to travel within the central region.
- Experience in local key account and convenient channel is an advantage.
