We are looking for a Key Account Manager, who will play a critical role in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and projects within the Electronics sector in Vietnam.

The Challenges

  1. Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive growth in the assigned Electronics segment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies, product specifications, and supply chain management.
  3. Analyze market/competition activities and industry requirements to sustain long-term growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts.
  5. Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  6. Work closely with functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on key account performance and growth potentials.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and build plans to capitalize on them.
  9. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  10. Participate in tech days and customer seminars to promote our solutions.
  11. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  12. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  13. Map out and regularly update the value chain of key customers in Electronics.
  14. Identify areas where we can add value and improve their supply chain efficiency.
  15. Monitor the expansion and relocation of international Electronics OEM/FATP/Components manufacturers into SEA.

What It Takes

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience within the industrial B2B Sales/Business development, with preferably 2 years focused in Electronics.
  3. Sales experience with direct customers, sales experience with technical products, and understanding of value chains.
  4. Background within adhesives/tapes would prove to be a strong added advantage.
  5. Fluency in Korean is required, as this role will liaise significantly with the Korean Market and play a client-facing role with the firm's enterprise customers in the region.
  6. Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and drive the organization's growth efforts in the market would be highly valued.
