Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, grow & develop business with Modern Trade key accounts.
  • Generate new business to improve market share of the Company's products.
  • Responsible to achieve monthly & annual Key Account inmarket sales targets.
  • Manage trade promotion spending.
  • Carry out business review, trading terms negotiations, product launch presentation, pricing & promotion assessment with distributors and key accounts.
  • Build & maintain positive relationship with distributors and key accounts.
  • Provide support to Marketing team in translating brand strategies into the trade.
  • Plan, negotiate & execute sales activities with distributors for key accounts.
  • Forecast normal & promotional stocks whilst maintaining healthy stock holding.
  • Monitor sales plan rollout & trade investments.
  • Provide regular market feedback information.
  • Train & develop sales force on selling & merchandising skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or related field.
  • Preferably with minimum 5 year hands on work experience in similar capacity in the FMCG Key Account Management.
  • Strong rapport with Buyer in Hypermarkets, Supermarkets chains and Local key retail chains would be an added advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, good analytical & negotiation skills in English / Chinese / Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel outstation.

RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
