- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Bangsar South, walking distance from Kerinchi LRT Station
Job Description:
- Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team.
- Maintain a close relationship with the existing clients by assisting them to use the logistic service.
- Help to resolve the difficulties faced by clients, regarding their needs, request, and other details to provide suitable solutions.
- Operate the Key Account system to assist customers in placing orders, and answering customer business consultations, package inquiries etc.
- Developing detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitoring and analyzing project progress, identify potential issue, and propose improvement plan accordingly.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Development or Marketing
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Account Management, Business Development or Sales field
- Prior experience in the logistics and express delivery industries is advantageous
- Good interpersonal & communicating skills, conflict management skills
