Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients/customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively selling products or services to key accounts.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of key accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to key account customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within assigned key accounts, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing key accounts.
  • Proactively address any customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales performance and key account metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma standard education (or related experience in the industry).
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasive skills to deliver compelling sales proposals and demonstrations.
  • Possess own transport for customer visits and meetings.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in a key account management role.

  • Self-confident, dynamic, and energetic with the ability to thrive in a highly competitive market.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
