JOB SUMMARY:


You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key clients, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth for our brand.

Your role is pivotal in promoting our brands products and services to key accounts and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Responsible for making sure all campaigns are done according to dateline. Able to lead & guide a team.

**Key Account Management:
  • *
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

Sales and Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies for key account acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize market research to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.

Client Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key clients, showcasing our brands products and services.
  • Provide indepth product knowledge and support to clients as needed.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback from key clients to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted at key accounts.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales and marketing manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales & maketing management, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the health and beauty or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Junior Management role is welcome.
  • Able to read & speak fluent Malay & English.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the health and beauty supplement industry is a plus.
