Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue, increase profitability, and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and products/services are delivered effectively
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular reports to management on key account performance, sales metrics, and market insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 27 years of experience in key account management or sales
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment industry in Malaysia market.
  • Should understand IT skills and terminologies.

Job Types:
Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
Up to RM6,000.00 per month
